Are you hiring the building for exclusive use for a wedding reception?
If YES:
Community Group – group operating on a non-commercial basis with a community benefit.
Affiliated Community Group – a non-Comberton group which has been granted affiliated status by the Trustees on account of its close connections with Comberton.
Non-Affiliated Community Group - a non-Comberton based community group which has NOT been granted affiliated status and has no connection to Comberton.
Community Commercial Comberton and Non-Comberton based – meetings organised by individuals or groups for financial gain but with community benefits.
Groups working with children and/or vulnerable adults will need to have child protection and vulnerable adult policies and procedures in place.
