Unless otherwise stated, charges are per session.
Sessions are 9am to 1pm, 2pm - 5.30pm and 6pm to 10.30pm (midnight for Fri to Sun inclusive).
Hire fees are payable at the time of booking and are not refundable.
Deposits
*For bookings during Daytime and on Weekday evenings, hirers are required to provide £50 deposit cheques at the time of booking. These are held by the Treasurer and are not banked unless a deduction needs to be made from the deposit. For further details click here
**For bookings on Weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) and Public Holiday evenings, hirers are required to provide a £50 deposit at the time of booking. Deposit cheques will be banked 1 month before the event date. For further details click here
For regular hirers the Lettings Secretary has the discretion to relax the requirement for a deposit
